The Salt Lake City Police Department said the shooting occurred at roughly midnight, leaving Lowe, 21, dead. Another was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH) has sent a letter to Patricia Vance, the president of the ESRB rating board, asking the organization to review its rating process in light of the loot box debate.
